PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE DESCRIPTION – THIS STUFF IS IMPORTANT
The size of this rectangle shaped mouse pad is 7.75″ x 9.25″ x 1/4″, (this is not a skinny, flimsy mouse pad), with open cell rubber backing to prevent movement when your mouse gets wild. The image is sublimated to the surface so it won’t fade, crack or peel. This is a high quality mouse pad that will take all the abuse your mouse can give it. It makes a great gift for yourself or someone else.
The email to send the picture and personalization is in the order confirmation and can also be found on your receipt. Text will be copied and pasted AS SENT, so be sure it’s the way you want it – capitalization, spelling, punctuation, etc. I will send you a preview (usually within about 3 hours, check spam/junk mail). Changes are welcome but I will ship this out the next business day, so check your email for it. If I don’t hear from you I will assume that you approve of the preview as sent.
Previews will be sent to the email on your receipt.

I WILL SHIP ONLY TO THE SHIPPING ADDRESS YOU SPECIFY WHEN CHECKING OUT. If you want to ship to an address other than the one in your profile you MUST change the ship to address when checking out, as I will ship ONLY to the address on the receipt. I have many orders to process each day and changing an address may not get done. You would be unhappy and so would I if it didn’t go the the right place.
If you have provided the wrong address in the shipping information, and your item is returned to me, you will have to pay for reshipping it. I am not responsible for an item getting lost due to a wrong address provided by you.
If the tracking information for your item shows it has been delivered by the Post Office, then I assume that it has indeed been delivered. If you can’t find it you will have to get in touch with your Post Office as I have no control over it’s delivery, only the Post Office does.
Due to the high heat needed to produce the mouse pads, there may be a rubber odor, which will disappear if a few days.
As this item is personalized, returns will be accepted ONLY if a mistake was made in the production of the item or it was damaged in transit. We will pay shipping costs.
