Warranty information ****** All products that can be purchased (except Used and ExDemo) on Panharmonikon have a guarantee in accordance with Italian law pursuant to Legislative Decree 2.02.2002 No. 24 which implemented Directive 1999/44 / EC on consumer goods guarantees in Italy.
“WARRANTY” means the free repair or replacement of components or parts of the appliance recognized by the relevant manufacturers as defective in manufacture or material. This warranty does not cover accidental damage or damage resulting from loss, failure to use the product, damage caused by loss of information, stored by the customer in any form. Furthermore, we decline any responsibility for any damage that may, directly or indirectly, derive to people, things or animals as a consequence of the failure to observe the requirements indicated in the specific operating booklet and concerning, especially, the warnings regarding the INSTALLATION, USE AND MAINTENANCE OF THE ‘DEVICE.
The GUARANTEE is recognized to those buyers who will present the Certificate contained in the package (where present) and above all the original purchase invoice to an Authorized Assistance Center together with the product which is being repaired.
For consumers, i.e. those who purchase for purposes unrelated to their professional or entrepreneurial activity, Legislative Decree 2 February 2002, n.24 will apply. – articles 1519-bis and following of the Italian Civil Code – (two years under legal conditions);
For the other buyers, who usually purchase with a VAT number, the legal guarantees referred to in articles 1490 and following of the Italian Civil Code will apply. (one year under legal conditions).
In any case, warranty extensions issued directly by the manufacturer remain unaffected.
WARRANTY EXERCISE
The guarantee is of the carry-in type (at service centers) except in the case of DOA, or product that is already inoperative upon arrival.

Warranty validity: for the period indicated, starting from the invoice date. on all parts of the product not subject to wear due to malfunctions attributable to factory defects.
The warranty DOES NOT APPLY to damage caused by neglect, incorrect use and installation and DO NOT COMPLY with the warnings and indications given in the instruction or installation manual, misuse, abuse, deterioration, lightning, atmospheric phenomena, overvoltages and overcurrent, insufficient or irregular power supply, to adaptation or modification, nor to damage caused by incorrect use or in contradiction with the technical and / or safety measures required in the country in which the appliance is used.
If, during the warranty period, one or more parts are replaced for repair with part or more parts not authorized by the relative manufacturers, or not complying with the appropriate safety and quality measures for the same, or if the repair is carried out by unauthorized personnel, the buyer loses the right to repair under warranty.
CONSUMABLE parts considered subject to normal wear and tear such as: ropes, batteries, lamps, bulbs, printing or recording tapes, etc. are excluded from this warranty.
– WITHDRAWAL
The legislation provides that the right of withdrawal can be exercised only by natural persons (consumers) who act for purposes that can be considered unrelated to their commercial activity. The right of withdrawal, therefore, cannot be exercised by legal persons and natural persons who act for purposes related to a commercial activity. Purchases made by resellers or by persons who in any capacity purchase for resale to third parties are also excluded from the right of withdrawal.
